Online counseling

Online Counseling for residents of North Carolina, Virginia, and most countries abroad

In addition to offering in-office and in-home sessions to my clients at my office in Wake Forest, NC, I also offer online counseling session when appropriate.

We live crazy busy lives nowadays, constantly running out of time and from one place to another.

As a result, we spend an absurd amount of time in traffic, not able to fit in all the things that are important to us.

Things like quality time with our family and friends, hobbies that we love (reading or traveling, for example), or just taking a relaxing bath when we feel like it.

Thanks to technology, therapy does not have to be one of those things.

Using one of many HIPAA compliant (which means SAFE) web-based platforms (much like Skype or FaceTime), you can now meet with your therapist from the comfort of your own home or office.

If you’ve never tried online counseling, you might surprised at how powerful it can be!

Contact me to discuss whether online counseling (also known as online therapy, distance counseling, telemental health, e-therapy etc) can be an option for you. Or watch my video here.

How can e-therapy help you?

Save you time on commute to and from the office

Flexible hours (ideal for expats and people with physical limitations)

Freedom to choose a counselor outside of your residential area

Please note: you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Virginia or North Carolina (if you live in the States) in order to participate in web-based therapy services. If you live overseas, the laws are very different and we could still most probably work together. Clients with serious psychiatric illnesses or/and in crisis situations might not be appropriate for online counseling service.
